What is not Included

While end of tenancy cleaning is a thorough deep clean, some services are not included by default and may require separate booking or are outside the scope of cleaning services.

• Ceiling cleaning beyond light dusting
  
  

• Pest control or insect removal
  
  

• Waste removal or rubbish disposal
  
  

• Construction or post-renovation cleaning
  
  

• Lifting or moving heavy furniture
  
  

• Repair or maintenance work (e.g. broken appliances, fittings)

Important Notes

Defrost Fridge/Freezer: Empty and defrost at least 24 hours before cleaners arrive.

Remove Personal Items: Helps cleaners reach all areas and ensures full guarantee eligibility.

Provide Access to Utilities: Ensure hot water, electricity and lighting are available on the day.
