General Cleaning Tasks
Vacuuming, dusting and mopping floors.
Cleaning kitchens and break areas, including washing dishes if needed.
Bathroom and toilet cleaning, including sanitisation.
Emptying and replacing bin liners.
Wiping down reachable internal windows and sills.
Cleaning office furniture, shelves, desks and visible surfaces.
Cleaning office equipment (e.g., phones, printer surfaces) and general tidying.
Floor maintenance with professional equipment on request.
Additional tasks upon request such as plant watering.
Although the service covers core office cleaning tasks, some specialised or more intensive jobs are not part of the standard package and usually require a separate booking or extra charge:

Professional carpet deep cleaning / shampooing (standard service includes vacuuming only).
Exterior window cleaning (windows from outside).
Deep upholstery or furniture cleaning using specialist methods.

Maintenance or repair work (e.g., fixing fixtures or equipment).
Pest control or hazard remediation (mould or insect treatment).
External cleaning outside the building envelope (e.g., facade, roof).

All cleaners are trained, vetted, and fully insured.
Cleaning materials and equipment can be provided, or the service can be delivered using on-site supplies, if preferred.
Access to electricity, lighting, and water must be available during the cleaning visit.
Any additional tasks requested on the day are subject to availability and extra charges.
High-level areas (ceilings, vents, light fittings) are cleaned only if agreed in advance.
The client is responsible for ensuring the premises are safe and free of hazards.
Regular cleaning schedules can be amended or cancelled with prior notice.
